The Church Farm Surgery has an active Patient Participation Group (PPG) which is a bridge between the surgery and patients. We are there to enhance communication, enabling patients to have a voice in the organisation of their care, and we champion improvements to the surgery for the mutual benefit of all. An example of our work has been the co-ordination of the production and updating of the Health and Care Directory, which lists the many services available locally. We also work with the surgery to produce the quarterly newsletter.
There are 10 members on the committee which meets four times a year. At times vacancies occur and if you are interested in joining the group please contact the practice manager via reception.
